As we navigate a very uncertain time with the community, our staff, clients and patients, we have implemented many protocols to keep everyone as safe and healthy as we can. Please review our current environmental conditions which may further change as new information becomes available.
*EPHC will ONLY be offering curbside check-in appointments. Please call us when you have arrived at our hospital. A technician will greet you at your car and escort your pet inside for the care they need. A doctor will exam your pet and then call you with any recommendations or a care plan. When all procedures are complete and prescriptions prepared, a technician will call you to answer any questions and complete the payment over the phone. We will then return your pet and bring out any food or medications you are purchasing.
*At this time, only EPHC staff will be allowed inside the building.
*If the front door is locked during business hours, we are STILL OPEN. We just ask that you call us and a staff member will meet you at your car. This is the single most important thing that will allow us to stay open for business and keep caring for your pets.
*All of our staff will now be wearing protective gloves. Occasionally we may be wearing masks as well. Please don’t be alarmed by this. Again, we are doing our best to keep our community safe.
*We ask that if you have any symptoms of illness, please stay home and have a healthy friend or family member bring your pet here.
*Right now, there is only one circumstance where we are able to make an exception to these protocols and that is for End of Life care. We will not deprive a person of the right to be with their beloved pet during such a difficult and emotional time. Please call us for more information on how we are handling these appointments.
